Overall, the successful completion of this commercial and industrial construction project for Capsule created a modern, functional space that optimized the company's operations, with the added coordination of project management activities such as budget, schedule, quality control, and communication with the project team and stakeholders.

We performed a full demolition of the existing space to prepare for new construction. Upgraded the electric service to meet the new demands of the company's industrial operations. Installed new carpentry, finishes, plumbing, bathrooms, office spaces, paint, finishes, lobby work, and signage to create a modern, functional space for the company. In addition, we created new areas to optimize the company's industrial operations, including a garage, office space, production line, and lighting.

HAP managed the project budget, schedule, and quality control; coordinated with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers; ensured compliance with safety regulations; and facilitated communication with the project team and stakeholders throughout the entire construction process.
