Real estate is ever-changing these days, especially in NYC. Nest Seekers, an international real estate brokerage, engaged HAP to create a full office renovation in the Upper West Side to support the company’s success and growth.
HAP took care of everything for the renovation. We coordinated the client's everyday needs, submittals, and design during the construction process to ensure that all materials and finishes met project specifications and were delivered on time.
Our detailed MEP coordination and common contractor activities ensured that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and equipment were installed properly and functioning effectively, while also ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations. We installed high-end finishes throughout the office space to create a luxurious atmosphere for employees and clients. We designed common spaces that promote collaboration, creativity, and innovation.
In addition, HAP managed the project scheduling and budget, coordinated with subcontractors and vendors, ensured compliance with local codes and regulations, conducted quality assurance tests to confirm that all systems and equipment were operating effectively and efficiently.
